    Using the wall for support and to go deeper in the hips and legs, Leslie will guide you through 30 minutes of rejuvenating movement and physical mindfulness.
    You'll a wide enough wall space, yoga mat, and 1 blanket.

    Open the side body and the hips with this half vinyasa flow and half restorative sequence. Included, supported bound angle pose and supported Childs pose.
    Props: 2 blocks, bolster and 2 blankets, sandbag optional.

  • Bringing Ease to Stuck Spaces: Low Back Restorative with Leslie

    Relax and let go with one hour of expansive restorative postures. As we extend, stretch, and soften the lower body, we’ll create noticeable release in your low back and hips, while encourage “stuck” energy to let go and move out of the subtle body.

    Warm up your body with a flow practice and then move into 3 restorative poses to relax, unwind and calm. (legs up the wall, restorative pigeons and supported shavasana.

    You will need 2-3 blankets and 1 bolster.
