Five Tibetans practice with June Miller
Vinyasa Flow to deepen your practice, increase heat and energy within the body • 11m
Improve your wellbeing with the 5 Tibetan Rites, "a system of youthing" done in the morning or at your convenience to stimulate and balance the chakras. Regular practice of these postures is said to relieve muscle tension and nervous stress, improves digestion, strengthen the cardiovascular system, tune and energize the chakras, and deep relaxation and well-being.
Originating in the Himalayas, the five yogic exercises known as the Five Tibetans take only a minimum of daily time and effort but are said to dramatically increase physical strength, energy, and suppleness as well as mental acuity. Also called the Five Rites of Rejuvenation! If new to this practice, start by doing 3-5 of each and work your way up to a maximum of 21.
