A 45 minute class to guide meditators to focus on being the silent witness in their own lives to get to know themselves more deeply. We will use simple mantras to help you find clarity in who you truly are on a deeper level. Allow yourself to be led to reconnect with awareness, pure love, unbounded bliss, and unlimited possibilities. There will be a focus on finding the deeper silence that already exists within, and we will use this practice to quiet the mind to break free from repetitive thought patterns and aid in cultivating self compassion.
