Originally filmed to begin the new year, this 1.5 hr class is a great anytime for new beginnings! Join Liz Conner for an inspiring opening meditation, a powerful vinyasa flow practice to warm the body and move into glorious twisting poses to cleanse and purify the organs… finishing with restorative poses to relax the body and an extended shavasana with yoga nidra guided meditation.
This combination is specifically designed to stimulate and purify the internal organs, increase respiration and circulation, improve digestion, and is an effective way to detoxify and renew the body. In addition to detoxifying our bodies through a vinyasa practice, we’ll work to cleanse our mind, heart, and spirit through the use of meditation – starting the New Year with a lightened heart and spirit.
Suggested props: 2 blankets, 2 blocks and a bolster!
