Leslie will guide you through an introduction to the 1st and 6th chakras, your Root and Third Eye. About one hour of lecture sealed in with one hour of chakra focused practice. You will need a yoga mat, 1 bolster or cushion, 2-3 blankets, and 1 eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.
