Join yoga teacher and licensed psychotherapist Kelly Corbitt for this special workshop focusing on developing both inner peace and awakening.
Explore basic aspects of emotional balance vs imbalance as well as some of the science behind the mind-body approach to healing, interwoven with related yoga philosophy. We will utilize asana, pranayama, meditation, reflection, and chanting to help reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, cultivating a sense of greater emotional balance. Students will move from feelings of isolation and disconnectedness to an experience of wholeness and trust in themselves, as well as a realization of their interconnectedness to all beings.
