Join long time yoga teacher June Miller to practice the fundamentals of the primary series of Ashtanga yoga. It’s for students who are new to yoga, yoga practitioners who want to learn about Ashtanga, or as a gentler refresher class. Sun Salutations and select postures will be covered. Accessible to all.

A good beginning! Included are sun salutations, standing postures, choice seated poses along with principles of Ashtanga ...breath (ujjayi), eye focus (dristi), marriage of breath and movement (vinyasa), and internal energy locks (bandha).
This Class will include:
3. A sequence of seated postures including forward folds,twists, hip openers.
4. The finishing sequence includes backbends & inversions.
5.Savasana of course.
