Whether you’re just beginning your journey as a yogi, or want to deepen your practice, Jackie will work with you over 2 sessions (virtual and recorded) to explore your inner kindness, help you find body acceptance and tap into your physical and emotional strength through your yoga practice in this 2 part workshop.
Part Two will give you the opportunity to flow with Jackie, using all the things you learned in Part 1.
This two part workshop will also include opportunities to reflect on our relationship with our bodies through journaling exercises. Open to all levels of experience.
