Whether you’re just beginning your journey as a yogi, or want to deepen your practice, Jackie will work with you over 2 sessions to explore your inner kindness, help you find body acceptance and tap into your physical and emotional strength through your yoga practice.
We’ll start with a body gratitude meditation to begin the road towards appreciating our bodies just as they are.
We’ll then dive into the different props available to make your yoga practice more comfortable. Together, we’ll move through the 10 most popular yoga poses and how to modify them so you can flow with more ease.
This workshop will also include opportunities to reflect on our relationship with our bodies through journaling exercises. Open to all levels of experience.
